    •    Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, Please provide a video of opening the item from its parcel bag.

    •    Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

    •    Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

    •    Standard Products: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

    •    Sale Items: Sale items are eligible for return within 5 days from the date of delivery unless otherwise specified as final sale.

    •    Final Sale Items: Certain items, such as personalized products, are not eligible for return.
